Aidan Whitaker

Aidan was called to the Bar and joined Group One in December 2021.

Aidan graduated from Rhodes University with a B.Com LLB degree and thereafter practiced as an attorney, notary, and conveyancer. He obtained experience in general commercial litigation as well as personal injury and medical negligence claims.

At the Bar, his practice encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation and appearances. He has demonstrated a willingness to take on a diversity of matters and areas of law
