Andrew Kemack joined the Johannesburg Bar in 1987, after reading for Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees at the University of the Witwatersrand, and completing two years of articles.  He took silk in 2009.

Andrew has considerable experience of construction law matters:  he sits as a member of construction law tribunals, and regularly advises and represents parties in construction disputes.

He practices in the trial and motion courts, with an emphasis on commercial, contractual, company, administrative and education litigation and opinions.   He has appeared in Lesotho, Namibia and Botswana, and before the ICC in Europe.
