Donovan Smith

Donovan joined the Bar in 2007.  He has B. Soc Sci, LLB and LLM degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.  Before joining the Bar, Donovan was an attorney for several years and a director at Bell Dewar & Hall (now Fasken Martineau).  His practice includes administrative law, mining and environmental law and general commercial litigation and arbitration.  Donovan is a Conflict Dynamics and CEDR accredited mediator as well as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court.
