Ingrid Cloete

Prior to joining the Bar, Ingrid practised as an attorney specialising in public and regulatory law. She went on to clerk for Justice Khampepe and Justice Madlanga at the Constitutional Court.

Ingrid holds BA and LLB degrees from Rhodes University, and a Bachelor of Civil Law and an MPhil in Law from the University of Oxford.

Ingrid’s practice comprises both public law and general commercial litigation, with a particular interest in administrative, constitutional, regulatory, media and telecommunications law matters.
