Jonathan Heher

Jonathan was called to the bar in 1996. He holds a BA (Hons) LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand. Jonathan has a general commercial litigation and arbitration practice with a particular interest in contract, property, information technology, software, engineering, mining and construction law.
He has appeared in the various High Courts of South Africa,  the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court.
