Prior to joining the bar, Lebo practiced as an attorney at a boutique commercial litigation law firm in Sandton. 

Lebo’s practice focuses on simple and complex commercial matters, including shareholder disputes, director delinquency, oppression remedies, sequestrations, liquidations, business rescue, evictions, contractual disputes, unlawful competition, delict, commercial crimes defence, judicial reviews, local government law and revenue collection. 

As a seasoned executive with top-tier South African corporate brands in the broadcast, financial, hospitality and gaming sectors, Lebo gained a wide-ranging understanding of enterprise development, risk and compliance management, revenue enhancement and stakeholder engagement.  Coupled with these earned insights, his own entrepreneurial journey has deepened his knowledge of and appreciation for profitability, growth, and sustainability metrics. 

Today, he brings these diverse perspectives to his work at the Bar to drive the best outcomes for his clients across various industries ranging from aviation, construction, property development, energy infrastructure, insurance, and specialised asset financing to manufacturing and local government, among others.
