Sihle Mashiane

DATE OF CALL – 2022

Sihle was called to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates (‘JSA’) in 2022, during which year she completed her pupillage at Group One Advocates.

She was enrolled as an advocate of the High Court of South Africa in mid-2023, after her LPC conversion from being an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

Sihle completed her articles clerkship at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr, Sandton (‘CDH’) in the Dispute Resolution, Construction and Engineering and Employment Departments.  On completion of her articles, Sihle practiced as an attorney at CDH.  Thereafter, she was seconded as an external support lawyer by CDH to the legal departments at Eskom SOC Limited and Accenture.

She was also previously employed as an ER Specialist (supporting the Human Resources and Legal departments) at Neotel (Pty) Ltd (now Liquid Telecom).

Sihle holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Pretoria and a Post Graduate Diploma from University of Johannesburg. 

Sihle runs a general commercial litigation practice.
