Chrisna Bekker

Chrisna holds an LLM degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, and an M.A. degree in Political Science and a B.A. Honours degree in French from the University of the Free State.

She has a general litigation practice, in the fields of commercial and company law, contract law, delictual law, administrative law, labour law, unlawful competition and restraints of trade. She acts as curator ad litem.

She is a fellow of the Association of Arbitrators, Southern Africa, and appears in arbitrations in commercial disputes.

She is a commercial mediator accredited by Conflict Dynamics (SA) and CEDR (UK), and certified to conduct mediations in terms of the Gauteng Division of the High Court’s mediation protocol.

She is proficient in French.
