Group One not only has expertise on arbitration, but also boasts the full range of facilities for arbitration which include a virtual boardroom with remote connectivity facilities and multiple boardrooms in our state-of-the-art building situated in the commercial heartland of Sandton at 2 Pybus Road, Sandton.

The Bailey and Dennis Fine Library officialy opened on the 18th of July 2023

Our building boasts a fantastic corporate coffee shop located on the ground floor of the building in the reception area staffed by friendly baristas and staff. In addition to putting the highest quality coffee into the market, they provide healthy meals and a selection of seasonal dishes, freshly made juices, and healthy smoothies.

Their roastery, SEAM, won 2018 best new coffee roastery, and 2019 café of the year at the FNB Coffee Awards. They have recently been nominated for roastery of the year 2021, as they continue to push the boundaries of directly sourcing and roasting coffee.
