Joined the Bar in 1997 and awarded silk in 2010. As a specialist employment law counsel, have appeared in a wide range of leading judgments across all courts. Have regularly acted as a judge of the Labour Court and was formerly a member of the Rules Board for the Labour Courts. An honorary member of the South African Society for Labour Law (having served two terms as its national president) and an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Nelson Mandela University. Co-author of Reviews in the Labour Courts (LexisNexis) and have published widely in accredited law journals. Served as the Transnet stream evidence leader at the State Capture Commission. Also appear in Botswana, Lesotho and Eswatini.
