Beata Wierzbicka

Beata was called to the Bar in 2023. She graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with the following degrees:

• LLB (with distinction)
• LLM (Human Rights Advocacy and Litigation) (with distinction)

Prior to joining the Bar, Beata served her articles at ENSafrica, in the Dispute Resolution Department and Property and Real Estate Department. She worked as a Judge’s Clerk at the High Court in Johannesburg thereafter.

Beata runs a general practice, with an interest in both public and private law. Her preferred areas of practice include commercial litigation, contract law, property law, family law, administrative law, and constitutional law.
