Beata Wierzbicka

Beata was called to the Bar in 2023. She graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with the following degrees:

• LLB (with distinction)
• LLM (Human Rights Advocacy and Litigation) (with distinction)

Prior to joining the Bar, Beata served her articles at ENSafrica, in the Dispute Resolution Department, and thereafter worked as a Judge’s Clerk at the High Court in Johannesburg.

Beata runs a general practice, with an interest in both public and private law. Her preferred areas of practice include commercial litigation, contract law, property law, administrative law, and constitutional law.
