Cheslin Petersen

Cheslin completed his LLB Law degree (Summa Cum Laude) at the University of the Western Cape. He also has a Higher National Diploma in Business Management from the London School of Business Management and completed a certificate in Sports Law at the University of Pretoria. Furthermore, Cheslin has completed the trade mark practitioner examinations of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL).

Before being called to the bar, Cheslin completed his articles and practised as an attorney at Adams & Adams Attorneys. Cheslin was called to the bar in December 2023 and has a general litigation practice, with experience in:
