Henry Martin

Henry holds BCom and LLB degrees from the University of Johannesburg, a diploma in Mining and Environmental Law from the University of the Witwatersrand, and an LLM degree in International Dispute Resolution from the Queen Mary University of London.

He is a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates, and a panellist of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa.

Henry is experienced in general commercial litigation, and he specialises in all aspects of mining and construction disputes.

He appears in the High Courts, before the Supreme Court of Appeal, and in domestic and international arbitrations.
