Luke John Choate was called to the bar in December 2014. Luke was previously employed at Webber Wentzel for a period of four years, finally in the position of associate in the insurance, maritime and transport department. Luke is a commercial litigator with a focus on tax, company law, contractual disputes, insurance, construction and insolvency. He has written and published articles in these fields, in a number of publications.
