Mandla Mkhatshwa

Prior to joining the Bar, Mandla served articles of clerkship and practised as an attorney at the Legal Resources Centre between 1994 and 1999.  Between the years 1999 and 2015 he worked in the corporate sector as in-house legal counsel specialising in employment law, energy law (oil and gas) and information communication and technology law (ICT).

Mandla’s practice centres on employment law, corporate commercial law, customary law, telecoms law and personal injury law.
