Mark Meyerowitz

Mark was an attorney at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr before being called to the Bar. He has a general commercial practice focusing on disputes in the mining, manufacturing, construction, logistics, procurement and telecommunications sectors. Mark regularly appears in the High Courts of both South Africa and Botswana, the Supreme Court of Appeal, and the Labour Courts. He has sat as an acting judge and penned several reported judgments. Mark has significant experience in the following areas of law: 

• Company law, corporate governance and corporate fraud
• Business rescue and insolvency
• Covenants in restraint of trade and unlawful competition
• Contractual, delictual and general commercial disputes
• Administrative law and public procurement law
