Nelsie Siboza

Nelsie holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the University of Pretoria and a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M), specializing in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, from the University of the Witwatersrand.  

Before being called to the Bar, Nelsie completed her articles at Werksmans Attorneys and was, for a short while, enrolled on the non-practicing roll of attorneys.  She was later given the distinct privilege to serve as a Law Clerk at the Constitutional Court of South Africa for Justice Owen Rogers and Acting Justice Dunstan Mlambo, respectively. 

Nelsie conducts a general commercial and public law practice, with a specific interest in administrative law and constitutional law.
