Pieter Moll

Pieter joined the Bar in 2018. He holds Bcomm (law) and LLB degrees (both cum laude) from the University of Stellenbosch. He was formerly an attorney. 

Pieter has appeared in the High Court, the Labour Court, the CCMA and various bargaining councils. He has acted on behalf of numerous prominent corporates and multinationals in various sectors.

 Pieter has particular experience in labour law and commercial litigation. He has a special interest in criminal law, defamation and media law, insurance, intellectual property, medical and professional negligence, and pension law.
