Siegrid Schulenburg

Siegrid holds a B.Iuris, LLB and MBA (Henley,U.K). She is a registered Mediator with Conflict Dynamics in South Africa and with CEDR in the U.K.

Prior to joining the Bar, Siegrid qualified and practised as an attorney in in Pagel Schulenburg Inc. Johannesburg for 10 years from 1996 until 2006, during which time she obtained experience in civil, criminal, matrimonial, and commercial litigation. 

Siegrid worked for a three-year period as a Chief Director in the Department of Justice for the Director General at the time, and was the Project Manager of the Review of the Criminal Justice System, a project mandated by cabinet at the time. 

She was employed as a Legal Advisor and Project Manager for Khulisa Social Solutions for 6 years until 2015, where she was the project manager responsible for all internationally funded projects, including projects funded by the European Union and the Finish Government.

Siegrid’s specialises in mediation, Administrative law, disputes with municipalities, criminal law, evictions, family law, Sectional Title Schemes and Motion Court litigation.
