Tumelo Qhali

Tumelo Qhali was called to the bar in December 2021.  He holds a BA Law degree with majors in English Literature & Language, and Private Law, an LLB degree and an LLM degree specializing in Corporate Law (Majoring in Company Law I and II and having taken electives in Competition Law and Intellectual Property Law).

Before being called to the Bar, Tumelo worked in various sectors, including the private, government and civil society sectors, where he gained experience in Corporate Governance, Government Regulation and Policy, Supply Chain Management and Procurement, Policy Development, Risk Management, Contract Management and Legal Affairs.

Tumelo has a general corporate and commercial practice, and has a particular interest in the following areas of law:
