Tumelo Qhali was called to the Bar in December 2021 and holds BA Law, LLB, and an LLM in Corporate Law. Prior to joining the Bar, he gained experience in both the private and government sectors, specialising in Corporate Governance, Public Procurement, Contracts Management, and Labour and Employment Law. His practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including company and insolvency law, contractual disputes, public procurement law, administrative law, as well as labour and employment law. Tumelo also has a particular interest in construction law, competition law, and intellectual property law. He has appeared before the High Court, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, and the CCMA.
