Zanele Ngakane

Zanele’s areas of experience include general commercial litigation, insurance, insolvency law, security related matters and administrative law. She has also acted for clients in a variety of sectors including mining, waste management, telecommunications, retail and franchising, military and security and government (local and national).

Her experience includes advising clients on a number of pre-litigious and litigious matters, including contractual disputes, administrative reviews, bond perfections, interdict proceedings, shareholder disputes and company law related disputes.

Zanele also has extensive experience in conducting domestic and international arbitrations across a number of jurisdictions including South Africa, the DRC and Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining the bar, Zanele practiced as a dispute resolution attorney for 8 years, at both ENS and CDH.
